COUNCIL BRANDING PROJECT
Council Rebrand and Collateral
The Brief
Berrigan Shire Council is a rural community uniquely situated on the NSW and Victorian border and encompasses the four towns of Berrigan, Barooga, Tocumwal and Finley.
TD were briefed to develop a refreshed brand for Council, a brand that has remained untouched for over 20 years. The key objective was to ensure that the refreshed brand would both pay homage to the region’s rich history, whilst also bringing it into the future.
The Strategy
These research activities identified four broad key attributes as best representing the region; their lifestyle, the Murray River, agriculture and the landscape. TD leveraged these attributes to guide the brand refresh concept direction, incorporating creative assets that visually linked to these attributes. The result, a vibrant brand evolution that aligns with Council and the community’s values and vision of today.
